Sourced from a tiny town called Lantignié in the western Beaujolais Village AOC, average of 50-year-old Gamay vines on granite-based soils. Manual harvesting, traditional semi-carbonic fermentation, matured in neutral tanks for a few months, filtered and then bottled.
